We had an unforgettable stay at this luxurious hotel. The exclusive amenities exceeded our expectations, with a fantastic spa centre and a heated indoor swimming pool. The restaurant and bar area were exceptional, providing mouth-watering dishes and exotic cocktails. The location offered fantastic city skyline views. The private facilities in the room were top-notch, with a comfortable bed and stunning city views from our window.
Although our overall experience was amazing, we did notice a minor issue. The steam room at the spa centre was out of order.

The staff was helpful and friendly, providing great service and making us feel at home. The room was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, with a view of the lake and park. We enjoyed the breakfast, with many options to choose from. the hotel provided umbrellas for guests during rain.
The elevators at the hotel seemed slow and we had to wait longer than expected, which was the only downside of our stay.
